First Lesson

[Darktouch]

The man went to a cabinet against he wall. Opening it only enough so he could see what was in it, he began pulling out a number of objects.

The woman turned to face the class. Arms crossed, she stared at the pile of items the man had gotten out. A straw model of the statue of liberty rose and went to Kai. A model of the hanging gardens of Babylon went to Akiko. A roofless model of a temple glided towards Jessie. Lastly, a model of a messy room went to James.

"You are to make the torch Lady Liberty is holding light, the man told Kai. "Since the entire model is made of straw, you will have to control your flames well."

"You are to control the growth of the plants," the woman told Akiko. "Here is a picture of what the hanging gardens should look like." she handed her a picture. "You must make some plants grow larger while others need to shrink."

The man walked towards Jessie.
"Yours is a temple model," he said. "The task is to use telekinesis to arrange the torchs to match the picture," he handed a drawing to her. "Then light them."

"Using telekinesis, you must pick up items on the floor and move them to proper places," the woman told James.

[Princess Jr]

Jessie nodded and easily accomplish the task. "Baby stuff" She whispered.

James struggled. He was rusty from lack of use. "That's what you think" He snapped under his breath.

[Darktouch]

"Everyone else come talk with me," the woman said, standing at the front of the room.

Jon walked towards her.

[Princess Jr]

Jessie walked triumphantly forward. James dragged up ashamed at how hard of a time he'd had.

[Darktouch]

"You got your tasks," the woman looked at James and Jessie. "But some students haven't yet. Go back to your stations."

[Princess Jr]

"Yes ma'am" They said in unison and trotted back to their stations

[Spider Call]

Emma stood up and walked towards her

[Darktouch]

"What are your gifts?" the woman asked, looking from Jon to Emma.

"Spell casting and sycick," Jon answered, arms crossed. "And I already know how to control it."

"We'll see about that," the woman sneered at him, then looked at Emma again. "And you?"

[Spider Call]

"Healing and telapathy" she replied, they would never know the third.

[JOS]

Kai looked at it simply at it lighted. Her eyes on it so it whouldnt burn everything.

Akiko studdyed the pc then started to make th one's that need to be srufnk. Then she started to make the others bigger. That was harder and she couldnt get them to stop growing so they grew and grew and grew untill they hit the ciliing

[Darktouch]

"Ms. Dubose will give you your task," the woman told Emma and turned to Jon. "Go talk to Mr. Jeil."

Jon stared at her for a minute before walking towards the man.

[Spider Call]

She walked towards her "By the way i do spells and practice which craft" she called back realising this was not a power but she still did it, and her powers where in twined with that.

[Princess Jr]

"Well isn't that special." Ms. Dubose snapped. "Here" She handed her a large metal dummy. "I want you to destroy it but slowly."

"Mr. Jeil, Can I do soemthing else>" Jessie questioned. She was now experimenting with making the torches light alternately and blink.

[Spider Call]

She glared at her "I dont do destroying unless im angry" she mutterd, but now she was getting angry, she flicked her hand and the dummy began to crack in to pieces, Emma put her hand over her mouth, she was supposed to be keeping that power a secret.

[Princess Jr]

"good but I said slowly' Ms. Dubose said fixing the statue to perfection in a second with her own magic.
